I wanted a house near a park

I belonged to a middle class family and it was not possible to buy a new house for us. But my father always told me that whenever we buy a house, we will get it near some park. Years passed and we were unable to buy a house due to financial drawbacks. Few years back I got a job and started earning good. Last year I decided to buy a new house and get it financed from the bank. I called a Fort Collins Realtor and asked him to search a house near some park. My father was very happy to get the house of his taste.
