Plastic Fascia Boards are Great for Rental Property

I own rental property and am always looking for ways to help keep it as maintenance free as possible. One of the things we decided to do was install plastic fascia board and gutters. No more worries about the wear and tear of bad weather conditions or having to repaint every year or two. It was easy to match the color to the house and the cost was much less than I expected. Now our income property can actually generate a profit.
